Shipping

Some of the items are ‘Made to order’. In this cases, the time we need to complete the piece and ship vary. Please read the shipping details on each item before purchage. We will ship the item with Poste Italiane as soon as it’s finished and we will send an email to let you know that your order is ready to be shipped. You will also receive a tracking number on your order.

 

Delivery times within Europe: 5-14 working days

Rest of the world: 7-30 working days(excluding customs formalities for Extra EU Countries).

We also provide an Express DHL 48H shipping that has the cost of €22.50. For this option, please select the DHL Express shipping at the check-out.

Taxes and duties

The Prices of Products are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties, for orders outside of the EU that shall be borne by the Customer.

For orders outside of the EU :

All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

Esquirlas cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.


Returns

Some of our items are made to order, therefore we will accept returns under very limited circumstances and are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@esquirlas.com to discuss your order.  Customer satisfaction is the most important thing for us, so we will make sure you will be happy about your experience with us. 

After evaluating your case, and If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items 
If you requested any kind of customization to your product you will not be eligible for a refund.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
